Hotel Reservations
Please note:
DVOPs, LVERs and DV/LV Program Managers can not make their own hotel
reservations. If you are a DVOP, LVER or a DV/LV Program Manager,
contact your State DVET who will in turn notify NVTI. NVTI
will then make your hotel reservations.
If you are a grantee
or VETS Staff, please go to the
DoubleTree
Group Registration Site to reserve your room. A special
room rate of $127 per night is available (though July 20, 2007) to conference participants
when they register via the above site.
The $127 per night rate does not
include applicable taxes and all participants
will be required to pay tax unless they complete the following:
- Complete the City of Denver
tax-exempt form
- Provide a copy of the
organizations tax-exempt certificate - the form of payment must
match the tax-exempt certificate (i.e.…if tax-exempt certificate
says US Dept of Labor then the credit card must say US Dept of
Labor).
The tax-exempt form
and the tax-exempt certificate need to be faxed to Dan Minkoff (fax:
303-331-0751, voice: 303-329-5216) prior to your arrival.
The
DoubleTree
Hotel Denver is located adjacent to the NEW Stapleton Regional
Retail Center at Quebec Square, just minutes from Denver International
Airport, Cherry Creek, Fitzsimmons Medical Center and Downtown Denver.
With a fleet of 14 shuttles, the hotel provides transportation to and
from Denver International Airport as well as scheduled transportation to
the new
Northfield Stapleton Center.
Accommodations include individual
air conditioning and heating units. Cable connected color television
with in-room movies, Nintendo, HBO, WebTV and video check-out. Twenty
five cable stations. Clock radio with alarm. Two telephones with high
speed internet, voice mail and message alert. Full size ironing board

Exit Denver International
Airport via Pena Blvd. To I-70 West. Exit I-70 to Quebec Street South
(exit 278), Continue on Quebec Street to Martin Luther King Blvd, hotel
is on the North West corner.
From Downtown Denver - Take Stout Street to Martin Luther King Blvd to
the corner of Quebec and Martin Luther King Blvd.
