In 1918, on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the world rejoiced and celebrated the end of World War I, then known as the "war to end all wars."

VETS Expands TAP to Overseas Military Installations

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 mandated the Department of Labor (DOL), Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) to provide specific employment information and services to all military personnel and their spouses about to separate or retire.
