The United States Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS) and the National Veterans' Training Institute (NVTI) has created this site for National Guard and Reserve Members who are called to active duty during Operation Noble Eagle/Enduring Freedom and must leave their civilian jobs to serve our country.  

This site is designed for you to obtain an overview of the entitlements you have, by law, to return to you job once you are released from active duty.  This protection is provided by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, or “USERRA,” chapter 43 of title 38, U.S. Code.
