The Investigators course combines distance education with classroom instruction. The distance portion is knowledge-based and focuses on analyzing case files. The classroom portion focuses on skill application of various interviewing techniques and methods. The course addresses subpoena authority and case investigative plans. Knowledge obtained through USERRA Basic Skills Course and the distance learning segments are enhanced and practiced in this course.
