The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NCESGR) is a Department of Defense organization that works with employers, reservists, military leadership and 54 volunteer committees to build and maintain a strong base of support for the role of the National Guard and Reserve in our defense. USERRA Expert System
The purpose of the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA) is: (1) To  encourage non-career service in the uniformed services; (2) To eliminate or minimize the disruption to the lives of service members, their employers, their fellow employees, and their communities by providing for the prompt reemployment following completion of military service; and (3) To prohibit discrimination against persons because of their service in the uniformed services.    

The links on the USERRA Expert System provide access to a number of resources designed to answer questions and facilitate access to those who can provide assistance and answer questions for active service members, potential service members, employers, and members of reserve/guard components."

VETS developed the Employee/Employer Advisor to answer questions regarding employee eligibility, employee job entitlements, employer obligations, benefits and remedies under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) of 1994.
